Once again, we will be offering those riders who volunteer to set up or help at the event, a preferential entry.

Volunteers are the lynchpin of British Eventing, and we require a small army of around 150 volunteers per weekend at Skipton Building Society Horse Trials, and you can be sure we will never turn an offer of help down!

Whether its before, during or after the event there is always something to do, and we are well supported not only by organisations such as the Scouts, Pony Club and West Yorkshire Trail Riders, but also by many Eventing mad individuals.

We'll make sure we look after you well too. Gilly and her devoted team will ensure you get breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake, as well as plenty of tea and coffee to keep you going, and she is always on hand to provide a smile!
